All user access is governed by and subject to the following rules:

Use of Local Area Yellow Pages' services is expressly limited to you. Your account(s) may not be transferred or shared with any other party, temporarily or permanently.
You agree to bear sole responsibility for your use of Local Area Yellow Pages' services and all use of your accounts and for the confidentiality of your password. To protect your privacy, Local Area Yellow Pages will suspend access or change access to your account(s) immediately upon notification by you that your password has been lost, stolen or otherwise compromised.

Local Area Yellow Pages does not offer technical support services by means other than telephone or E-Mail -- support is not available by visiting our administrative offices, except under special circumstances. Local Area Yellow Pages does not offer technical support for internet connections to other providers, support for internet services offered outside of Local Area Yellow Pages, or any other problem not related to connecting to the internet through Local Area Yellow Pages or using Local Area Yellow Pages's services.  A user may cancel their account by contacting the Customer Care Department.

You are responsible for all telephone or Internet access charges related to connecting to Local Area Yellow Pages. If you reside outside the U.S. or Canada and you require access to an additional telecommunications network in order to connect to Local Area Yellow Pages, you are responsible for the additional charges, which may be incurred in order to connect to Local Area Yellow Pages.

Authorized Users- Any business, individual, family or organization can create and use any of the Local Area Yellow Pages services.

Permissible Activities- Local Area Yellow Pages services are designed to accommodate a diversity of interests; however we expect our users to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner. The services may not be used to transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would harm Local Area Yellow Pages' business interests, constitute a criminal offense, exploit children, violate the rights of others, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law. Local Area Yellow Pages reserves the right to shut down any user, which, in its sole judgment, violates these guidelines.

Cancellation- Local Area Yellow Pages has the right to terminate an account at any time in the event of misuse or abandonment.

Local Area Yellow Pages and its affiliates are under no obligation to monitor or review content transmitted via the Local Area Yellow Pages network.

Local Area Yellow Pages and its affiliates do not control the information sent via the services. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers or other information or content presented or disseminated via the network are those of the respective authors who are solely liable for their content. Local Area Yellow Pages and its affiliates reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to remove any content we determine to violate this policy.

You are prohibited from sending any unlawful, libelous, threatening, abusive, disruptive, or obscene material or message that would violate the rights of any person or constitute a criminal offense, or otherwise violate any local, state, national, or international law.

You are prohibited from uploading, reproducing or sending any information protected by copyright without obtaining permission of the copyright owner. Only public domain files, and files in which the author has given you express consent to copy and redistribute online or otherwise, may be uploaded to Local Area Yellow Pages, including any software files or libraries.

Information and materials, which you find published on Local Area Yellow Pages, may be the property of Local Area Yellow Pages or an Information Provider, and may be protected by copyright or may contain protected trademarks. You may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit such materials without the express written permission of the owner(s) of such information or materials.

Local Area Yellow Pages may terminate your account if it believes, in its sole discretion, that you have violated any of the Rules of Online Behavior.

THE LOCAL AREA YELLOW PAGES SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO LOCAL AREA YELLOW PAGES OR ANY INFORMATION OR SOFTWARE THEREIN. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, SHALL LOCAL AREA YELLOW PAGES SERVICE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE LOCAL AREA YELLOW PAGES SERVICES. NOR SHALL LOCAL AREA YELLOW PAGES BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER THAT RESULT FROM MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, DELETION OF FILES, ERRORS, DEFECTS, DELAYS IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, OR ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY EVENTS BEYOND LOCAL AREA YELLOW PAGES' REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACTS OF GOD, COMMUNICATIONS LINE FAILURE, THEFT, DESTRUCTION, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO LOCAL AREA YELLOW PAGES RECORDS, PROGRAMS, OR SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL LOCAL AREA YELLOW PAGES'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AGGREGATE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICES UNDER THE AGREEMENT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; AS A RESULT, THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You acknowledge that Local Area Yellow Pages has the right to delete any of your personal content on their servers, which are older than 7 days.

You agree to indemnify and hold Local Area Yellow Pages, its parents, subsidiaries, officers and employees, harmless from any claims and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to your violation of this Agreement, including any abusive or unlawful behavior on the part of you or your dependents, or the infringement of any intellectual property or privacy right of any person.

This Agreement will remain in effect until either party elects to terminate the Agreement in accordance with the Terms of this Agreement, or unless and until Local Area Yellow Pages notifies you that a renewal agreement must be entered.
